APPAREL: We accept exchanges and refunds within 3 days AFTER you have received your item. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the apparel must be in its original condition with the tags still attached.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us with the reason for the exchange and the item you would like to exchange it for. Once we have received and processed your request, we will send you the new item.
Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us with the reason for the refund and any relevant details. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once we have received and processed your request, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment automatically. Please remember to allow 3-5 business days for you bank/credit card to process.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
